I was impressed that as soon as I called, she said she would be right over and she continued to work the problem until it was resolved. I know her responsiveness was a huge reason it didn’t become frustrating. Knowing she was doing everything she could, assured me we were being cared for. These things happen and are out of everyone’s control, but her attention to the problem made it less frustrating. I also appreciate your response. It’s refreshing to see that you really care about your renter’s experience in your home (I saw this in your responses to the reviews before we booked).
