Our condo at Red Hawk Lodge rents like a champ, and it has been gratifying to keep the bulk of my rental income due to Book by Owner’s very reasonable monthly fees. They helped me get started in this industry when we first bought the unit in 2005 by giving me practical, specific marketing advice. Now I let the vacation rental websites bring me the clients, and Mike and Kerry at Book by Owner handle everything else about my reservations for me once I have entered them into their system. It is so simple, and I know I can always count on them for excellent service both to me and my guests.
Also – the keypad on the front door of our unit is fantastic! I pay Book by Owner a nominal monthly fee for this internet-based system and our guests love it!

Just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with the new housekeeping program. Walking into our condo we could feel the difference. The unit felt clean and the upgrades were nice (kitchen towels, scrubbies, extra paper towels, better linens, etc.). Even the outside chairs were leaning against the railing to prevent them from getting wet and dirty.

The new keyless system works out very well. I do receive positive responses from my renters. The fact that they do not have to pay any attention to keys during their stay is really a big plus including skipping key pick up, and they are really fond of the support you gave them!

02.10 – Dear Joe, Your condo was in a good location, was well equipped and very comfortable. The main breaker to the hot tub did blow one night but the staff was most helpful in getting it repaired. We did not have power in the condo for about 3 hours because we could not find the main breaker. But when the electrician arrived, he discovered the main breaker at the meter and we had power within 5 minutes. Mike and his wife were most helpful. Hope maybe we can enjoy and share your condo again in the near future. Jim
I received an email from our guest who had to cancel their reservation at the very last minute because her husband injured his back and was unable to travel. The guest states below that you gave her a 100% refund on the lift tickets and ski rentals she reserved. Thanks for taking care of her! I’ve also received notes from guests that have rented from me this year stating how clean the condo was. Thanks for taking care of our place!
